I was asked what I think? My husband thinks my cornbread is the absolute best to which I attribute Old Mill Self rising WHITE cornmeal. If it ain't broke, don't fix it they say. My grandmother and mother have always used white. However, I have a recipe that calls for Yellow so I ordered a bag just to try it out. But rest assured, my cornbread will continue to use Old Mill White! Hope this answers your question. I didn't order it for my cornbread but to use in a recipe.
