How We Ship
At The Old Mill we strive to ensure the safe, timely delivery of your order while delivering the best value possible. Because we ship a number of perishable (breads, pies, chocolates, etc.) and heavy products (pottery, bagged grains) we have devised a number of shipping options.
These options are dependent upon the recipient's location and order weight. Our shipping tables are below.
Please note: We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Ground Shipping
We ship all non-perishable orders via ground shipping to all of the Continental US (lower 48 states). Our shipping rates are:

Shipping for Perishable Orders
To ensure the freshness of baked goods, we only ship perishable items on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday each week. So, if your order is placed after Wednesday morning, it will likely ship out the beginning of the following week, excluding holidays.
Ground
We offer ground shipping for perishable items going to select destinations which are close enough to The Old Mill that they will arrive within 2 days of shipping and without compromising the quality of our products. These states include:
Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia
The same ground shipping table as above applies to these orders.
2-Day Air
Our 2-day air service is primarily for perishable orders that cannot be reached in two days by ground service. If you are only presented with this shipping option, it is likely due to having perishable items in your cart shipping to a location outside of our 2-day ground zone.
