Self Rising Yellow Cornmeal

The Old Mill has been grinding corn using millstones and water power since 1830. We grind the entire kernel, and our unbolted (unsifted) approach means we don't sift out the bigger bits as most industrial mills do. The result is a coarser yet incredibly flavorful meal.

Our Self-Rising Yellow Cornmeal is a complete mix that includes leavening and salt; simply add eggs, melted shortening, and buttermilk per the included recipe for a quick, delicious cornbread!
