Self Rising White Cornmeal

Self Rising White Cornmeal

$4.99

Many Southerners prefer the subtler flavor of cornbread, muffins and fritters made from white corn rather than yellow. So we offer this tasty, nutritious white cornmeal created by stone-grinding the entire kernel. It’ unbolted (not sifted), so the bigger bits stay in. White Self-Rising Cornmeal is a complete mix that includes leavening and salt; simply add eggs, melted shortening and buttermilk per the included recipe to make quick, delicious cornbread!

Available in 2, 5 and 25 lb bags.

We apologize but our 25 pound bags are currently unavailable.

No regular meal

Always purchased regular meal not self rising. At the time I ordered there wasn’t any regular meal on y’all’s site so had to order self rising. The meal was still good but just like the non self rising meal better.
