When you want to cook Southern style, you’ve got to get your grits on. If you’ve enjoyed the grits at our award-winning Old Mill Restaurant, you know what we mean!

The secret to our grits' wonderful flavor and texture is stone grinding, and ours is still ground with water-power, the way it's been done since 1830.

Native Americans and early settlers used this method, and the Old Mill is proud to bring this delicious tradition home to you.

Available in 2 and 5 lb. bags.

We apologize but our 25 lb. bags are currently unavailable online.

Pure country grits

Extremely satisfied with the authentic stone ground grits from old mill’s.
Normally i mixed 1/2 cup quaker original and
1.5 cups old mill stone ground white in a ball before pouring in the boiling water. I let it slow cook for an hour for best creamy texture.
Keep the lid covered on the pot.
My daily breakfast 2 scrambled eggs
One cup old mill’s white grits, half a cup blueberries and half blueberry bagel with touch of Irish butter and manuka honey,
A cup of pure cranberry juice mixed with
Concord grape and organic apple juice.
Happily addicted. God bless Old Mill and their people.
