The perfect blend of spices, along with pinto, kidney, and great northern beans, makes the perfect pot of soup, with just a little kick. You only need to add some tomatoes and a pound of your choice of meat. Keep it rustic with chunks of beef, or go lean and full of protein with ground chicken or turkey. But the meat is optional, so this also makes a great vegan-friendly soup. This is a slow-cook soup, and the extra time means lots of extra flavor!
