Was there a mistake in the description or did they send the wrong one to me? I can't get anyone to answer the phone or call me back but what we received is about 1/2 of the size in the description.

Ordered the Snowman Luminary. When received it is not the size I ordered. It is around 6 inches tall and 4 &3/4 wide which is about half of the size listed online. I have called and left a message but have not heard back.

I bought two of these. One for my mom as a gift and one for myself. We both love them! I love the pottery from Pigeon River Pottery. I have bought a lot of pottery from them either directly from the store or ordering online.
