We always loved the corn chowder, so we would always go the the General Store and purchase a couple of bags to fix at home. We were in the area 2 weeks ago and ate at the Old Mill Restaurant. After dinner I went and bought 3 bags, which were smaller than previous purchases. So today, I decided to fix a bag of the corn chowder. It was brown, not a creamy white color at all, it didn't taste anything like it used to and there wasn't enough corn in it to even call it corn chowder, not even sure if there was corn in it. It also had the taste of sour cream and chives. It was not good, and after we each ate a small bowl, I threw the rest out. What happened to the good corn chowder you used to have? We won't be purchasing it again! Just look at the picture on the package, and realize, it does not look like that at all.
