Shrimp & Grits Starter Kit

We were amazed how good the food and experience was with the number of guests that come through their restaurant. I just ordered from their website, seasoned flour, shrimp & grits and was very pleased with the smooth transaction and quick delivery. I look forward to my next visit this coming October. Highly recommend the Old Mill.

When I make the shrimp and grits, do I need to get raw shrimp or shrimp that's already been cooked?

This mix makes a really good and flavorful dish and it's so easy! I gave it 4 stars because I found the seasoning packet to be a bit too loose when mixed according to the instructions. I will make it again but I think I will reduce the 4 cups of water to 3.

This was a great way to have this delicious dish without starting from scratch.

Was not familiar with yellow grits. No taste and grits didnt fully cook even after an hr.Too coarse.
However the shrimp season packet was really good.
