Flour arrived neatly packed and was as expected. Shipping is a little high, but the quality of product was excellent.

The Seasoned Flour is the best! I use it in cooking - either breading chicken, pork chops, practically anything. Also great for making gravy.

Use it for chicken and other meats

We use this for oven-fried chicken. Simply dip the chicken pieces in melted butter, coat it with the seasoned flour, pour the remaining butter over the chicken, and bake for approximately one hour or until golden brown. Oven: 350 degrees. Love this flour.
