Need to add salt to the flour. Before it closed, I used to order seasoned flour from a mill in Roanoke, Va. It had been open for 100+ years until Covid. Did not need salt or pepper added to the flour before using. Flour was not over salted. No need to add anything to the flour. Hope you will think about adding salt.
