Made with buckwheat, our Light (formerly "Original) Buckwheat Pancake Mix is loved by traditionalists who just can’t get enough of our authentic, old-fashioned recipe. 

Light (formerly "Original") Buckwheat Pancake Mix has a mixture of Whole Wheat, Buckwheat, and Rye Flours, with Whole Wheat as the more prominent ingredient.  It is a lighter texture, color, and flavor.  Buckwheat Pancake Mix has Buckwheat as the primary flour, along with Whole Wheat and Corn Flours in it and is darker and has a stronger buckwheat flavor. 

Available in a 2 lb. bag.

I never liked Buckwheat pancakes before eating the Old mill original buckwheat mix. Its not gritty tasting like the other brands I tried. My husband likes buckwheat so I thought I would try them . These are the best by far!

We love the original pancake mix. We try to get to Pigeon Forge in person to buy it at the country store but when we can’t be there we are happy knowing we can order it. We tried the new buckwheat mix but didn’t like it as well as the original mix. We love your pancake mixes. Thank you.

Great Buckwheat Pancake Mix

This was so easy to order on line since we are unable to travel to the Old Mill since Covid. Place my order and in a few days it is delivered right to my door.
A small shipping fee but cheaper than the gas if I was driving to TN.
Thank you Old Mill for this service.
Also have ordered the peppered gravy mix, hot pepper jelly and a few other things. Old Mill makes it easy and brings home a taste of the Old Mill Restaurant and the TN area.
