LOVE THIS SOUP MIX. That said, a recent order used huge slices of carrot in the package instead of the minced carrot that was there before. We really prefer the smaller carrots as it definitely changes the flavor just a bit. That is just a small point though. We love this soup mix and keep it in our house.
