Unfortunately, this bread is a very poor texture, has no flavor. My husband won’t eat it. It doesn’t toast well at all, burns easily, and tears when you try to spread butter or jam on it. I keep thinking this must have been a bad batch, some crucial ingredient was left out, because there is no way The Old Mill could have been selling a product this poor and earned their excellent reputation. We are feeding the rest of this loaf to the ducks.
