Our jams are made from the finest mashed or ground fruit the old-fashioned way and are carefully hand-stirred in open stainless steel pans to produce wonderful gourmet flavors.

Pleasantly Surprised!

We ordered the frog jam but were not really sure if we would like it. It is delicious. A delicious combination of fruits and the addition of ginger offsets just enough so that it is not super sweet. We will definitely order it again!
