We think we make the best Southern fried green tomatoes, and we want you to be able to make them at home, too. Expertly blended with just the right amount of stone-ground Old Mill Corn Flour and Cornmeal, special seasonings, and some powdered buttermilk for downhome flavor, this is just the formula we use in our restaurants.

This is the only mix I use for making Fried Green Tomatoes. It has all the seasoning needed to make great tomatoes.
We use this breading for frying fish. It is ground finer than most fish fry so it is lighter and doesn't rub under dentures.
