We think we make the best Southern fried green tomatoes, and we want you to be able to make them at home, too. Expertly blended with just the right amount of stone-ground Old Mill Corn Flour and Cornmeal, special seasonings, and some powdered buttermilk for downhome flavor, this is just the formula we use in our restaurants.

We use this breading for frying fish. It is ground finer than most fish fry so it is lighter and doesn't rub under dentures.

The breading is everything with the fried green tomato's. Great taste just the right amount of crunch. Will try it with carrots.
