Cranberry Orange Cornmeal Cake

Unfortunately, after loving this cake in prior years, it is not good this year. The Old Mill has been very responsive; however, the cake arrived wet and broken into pieces twice. It was not edible either time. Something has changed with this cake. I loved it in the past. Not sure what they changed, but it need to be corrected. It is really a good cake.

I sent one cake to our daughter in Glenview ,Ill.,they just loved it .

I really liked it because it was moist and flavorful. Was a little crumpled but waited several days before I cut it. But it was still moist!

I just love the cake but especially for breakfast. I have it with my coffee and yogurt and small fruit. It is just enough and a wonderful kick start for the day. If you won't tell my wife I'll admit I do dip it in the coffee.
