Christmas Jam
We order a lot of Jams from The Old Mill, and this is one of our favorites. Only made once a year, don't miss your chance to try this one. The Old Mill combines flavors I would never think of and every one of them is delicious. Pears, oranges and cinnamon together is amazing. I highly recommend trying this one!
I’ve been waiting since last year to purchase more of your Christmas Jam. This is without a doubt the best jam/jelly I’ve ever eaten. I’ve already ordered 2 jars and know more will be ordered in the months to come. Great stocking stuffer at Christmas for our adult kids! Yum! 🥰
By the time a TV show I watched a year ago that had featured The Old Mill, I immediately looked you up online, and found you had sold out of your Christmas Jam. I endeavored not to let that happen this year. The description really sounded good, so I bought several jars of it this year and made certain I did it before sold out again.... After trying it, the jam is "good", but based on the description, perhaps I built it up in my mind as to how it was going to taste. Sorry to say it wasn't what I was anticipating.... My homemade apple butter has more 'spice' than does this jam. Don't get me wrong--it does taste good, but I guess I was expecting something "more"--something that stood out and gets noticed for being "Christmas". It pains me not to give this a more enthusiastic review especially since I ordered 5 jars, but actually received 6--which was either an oversight or a gracious gesture on the part of Old Mill's order fulfillment. I tried to call Old Mill to pay for the extra jar received, but the phone rang and rang and no answering system took my call.... So, now I feel 'bad' about having an extra jar for free while leaving a 'mediocre' review. Perhaps it's because I had a year to build up the anticipation....
