Hot Chow Chow

Hot Chow Chow is made with cabbage, red pepper, Vidalia onions, spices, and an extra kick of heat from jalapeno peppers.

Made in small batches, our old-fashioned Pantry Pickles provide that fresh from teh garden flavor, perfect to include in any number of delicious recipes.

In the South, and particularly in the mountains where they grow huge heads of crisp cabbage, chow-chow is a favorite cold relish to be eaten with a bowl of pinto beans. Unlike most condiments, chow-chow retains a chunky (chopped), similar to a relish.
