Dad used to have a huge garden where he raised, among other things, black raspberries. One year, he had a yield of over 130 quarts. Mom took to making preserves out of them once we got stuffed with berry pies, ice cream sundaes, etc. Her home made preserves were outstanding! Ate the last of them many years ago and thought I’d never find any that were even close. Yours are. Nothing can ever equal Mom’s but yours are the next best thing! Every time I order or use it, just know that it is a homage to my Mom!
