Long aged in oak bourbon barrels, it takes the sweetness of balsamic and enriches it, making it a must have for marinading red and white meats. A splash in a cocktail, such as a Bloody Mary, is highly recommended. A drizzle over ice cream, or fresh and grilled fruits is quite a treat.
