Great bread!

I love this flour. The 2lb. bags are the perfect amount
(6 cups) for starting my sour dough bread. The texture turns out just like we like it. Overall, it’s a lovely, yummy loaf of bread.
My only issue is the shipping cost. Therefore, I don’t purchase as often as I’d like.

I make rolls called British Baps, another name for them is Morning Rolls. I have used a few different brands of flour and this is the best one as far as taste and consistency of my Baps.
