Ok, I ate from both yellow grits: simple and pop corn. Pros - the grits taste real, as nothing you find in supermarkets. Cons: They are very hard, needs to boil them forever; Stone Ground Yellow Grits has something maroon inside, even when boiling the water gets maroon. I will never buy them again. The Popcorn yellow grits has hard shells of popcorn inside. They destroy your stomach linen. The only solution to be able and eat these grits is to buy a sieve of 2 mm and try to separate those hard shells from the grits. How in the world can you sell such thing? I like the taste of popcorn grits. But they are so hard and those shells truly would make all your customers to ran away from these products. Very nice and breathable package.
Best grits you can buy. Order a couple of bags at a time due to shipping charge.

The sweet corn used is the best corn flavor I have ever encountered. For Southern US, and European polenta recipes it’s a must. (Sorry Bob’s Red)
Try a 50/50 mix of grits and corn meal for your next pan of cornbread. The best.
