It was very difficult to purchase White Rye Flour here at my location. Thank you to Old Mill to complete my purchase as I was able to get the White Rye Bread baked in time to have it delivered to my Mother-in-law.
It seems that fewer and fewer mills are making rye flour. We have been making our Finnish Rye bread with the same recipe for over 150 years, but have been unable to find light or white rye flour for the past few years… and it’s just not rye bread without the flour!
