Seasoned Flour

once I was introduced to it...2 years ago...haven't used anything else

We used to buy this every summer when we traveled to Virginia for a family reunion. I was thrilled when Kroger started to carry it. Now they don’t. I fried chicken in this and a Cordon Bleu trained chef asked for the recipe! That should say it all.

We flew in to visit our friend who made us biscuits and gravy. He told us about this flour from the Old Mill. Needless to say we hit the road the next morning to visit Pigeon Forge and to go to the Old Mill ourselves! We loaded up on the flour and use it at least one a week! We love to share it with our friends as our friend did with us!

The flour biscuit mix and grits are great

We love the seasoned flour for gravy and breading meat.
