I soak a catfish fillet in buttermilk, then shake it in a ziplock bag with Southern Catfish Breader, then deep fry in peanut oil. That is some good eating

Undoubtedly, without question, the most fantastic breading I've ever use on catfish! It is just as good on redfish, spotted sea trout, an snook. A fantastic breading.
