Southern Catfish Breading

I soak a catfish fillet in buttermilk, then shake it in a ziplock bag with Southern Catfish Breader, then deep fry in peanut oil. That is some good eating

Perfect blend of seasoning & fries up crispy.

Since trying thus breading several years ago, it is the only one we want. Fantastic.

This was the first time using the catfish breading. This will be my definite breading for fish from now on. The catfish was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Highly recommend

Undoubtedly, without question, the most fantastic breading I've ever use on catfish! It is just as good on redfish, spotted sea trout, an snook. A fantastic breading.
