Coconut Flour is an alternative flour to use in place of wheat flour, or to replace some of the wheat flour in a recipe. It can be combined with other gluten-free flours in baking, and imparts a coconut flavor to whatever it is used in. Store in an air-tight container, in a dark dry place or in the freezer.
