My wife and I love to visit the OM to eat and then shop while in Tennessee. We'll usually bring something back to enjoy later or use as a stocking stuffer. Last trip we brought back this pancake mix (and some goodies too!) to enjoy. They are easy to make and cook up light. I like them crispy on the edges so use a little cooking oil in the pan and I also like them a little thin so I mix in more water than the recipe says to use. However you like your pancakes, these are very tasty!
