This is a beautiful loaf of bread. We were anxious to cut into it and find slices of green olives. Regretfully this didn't happen. There are just the smallest slivers of olives, so small they must have burned or toasted in the baking--they appeared more like black olives than green. We were disappointed that my wife or I could not distinctly find an olive taste or smell to the bread. It is a beautiful, tall loaf of bread--nice in the toaster--just not much in the way of olives.
Loved the bread, very tasty and great for dinner and with soup and sandwiches!
