If you are looking for a sweet, crispy pickle, you may want to try the Iced Cucumber. It and the Bread and Butter pickle (also sold here) are two of the best pickles we've ever eaten. My husband is very picky about his pickles and he would eat these like candy if we had a never ending supply!

These pickles remind us of the old crock that set in the basement with the plate and rock on top when Dad brought cucumbers in from the garden and made pickles. I wish these pickles didn't have so many seeds, but that is a minor issue since they are so good! Be sure to serve them cold-not great if they are not refrigerated.
