I used this in my deviled eggs, instead of my usual pickle relish, and GOOD BY relish, and HELLO olive spread. This has that tang and a bite to it that MADE my deviled eggs. I can't wait to use it in my potato salad, and on burgers and sandwiches. What a surprise find.
