1830 Grind Unbolted Yellow Cornmeal

Did you know that most modern industrial mills only use part of the kernel in their finished cornmeal? It’s true. At The Old Mill, we grind the entire kernel using water-powered millstones, just as it's been done since 1830, and our unbolted (unsifted) approach means we don’t sift out the bigger bits. So. you get coarser yet incredibly flavorful cornmeal that brings a full, fresh taste to all your favorites.

Available in 2 and 5 lb. bags.

We apologize but our 25 lb. bags are currently unavailable online.

THE BEST

This is the best tasting most authentic cornmeal!! Just visited my Mother in NC and while I was there we visited Pigeon Forge. Went to the Old Mill for lunch. My Mother made 3 batches of cornbread!! Reminded me of my childhood summers in NC. I live in CA and order it now to make at home. Love Love Love it

Wife loves it

My sweet wife grew up in The Ozarks where her father had his corn stone ground. We had family visit the mill in Pigeon Forge and we were hooked as it is very much like her fathers' corn meal.
